Here are some frequently asked questions we have received. Hopefully many of you can find some answers quickly.

Do you guys offer custom orders?
Yes, everything we do is custom and we can create any item in any design you can think of.
 
Is there a minimum for custom orders?
Yes, our minimum for a custom order is 15 units. We also can handle orders as large as you need.
 
How much do team items cost?
Prices will vary because each team item is unique.  Please email us with the specifics of your order and we can give you an accurate quote.
 
Do you have price breaks for team orders?
Yes, we start price discounts when an order reaches 100 units per item.  After 100, we adjust the price as the number of units increases.
 
How long do custom orders take once the order is placed?
Orders typically take around 4-5 weeks.  We recommend getting in touch with us in advance to allow time for mock-ups and test prints; this way we can create exactly what you you are looking for in your custom order in a timely fashion. 

Is there anyway to get my order faster?
Depending on what you want and how busy we are, we can often times work out faster service.
 
Where can I purchase Zebra Apparel shorts in person?
Zebra Apparel is mainly a web-based company.  There are a few retail stores that offer our shorts.  We also travel to major tournaments all summer where shorts are available.

How can I pay for my custom order?
We accept all major credit cards, checks, or money orders.
 
Where are your products made?
From printing to cut and sew to the final product in your hands, everything is done inside the United States. The only way they leave the country is if you take them on a sick vacation.

What material are your shorts made from?
The most popular material is our sanded mircofiber.  We use this because it is more expensive than the typical material you might see from other short manufacturers.  Mircofiber gets softer the more you wear and wash it; it dries quickly and is very light.  Our sanded microfiber also allows for the greatest amount of detail when printing. 
 
How do your shorts run size wise?
Our shorts feature the signature “Zebra Cut” which is cut bigger than average shorts to allow for more room and comfort.  While you will typically be the same size as you are in normal shorts, you will find compared to some brands our XL can be as big if not bigger than some foreign made XXL’s.
 
I have seen sublimated shorts at other companies for less, why is this?
At Zebra Apparel our main focus is quality and the happiness of our customers.  The majority of our competitors make their shorts overseas which means although they are cheaper, they cannot guarantee the same quality and quick customization options.  All of our shorts feature pockets, 2” waistband, embroidered brand logo and our soft sanded mircofiber.

Are other materials available?
Yes, we can make apparel out of any material you would like.
 
Where is my order?
We ship by USPS Priority mail.  When we generate a USPS label, they provide us with a tracking number that is sent to you via e-mail.  It may be the next business day until the USPS carrier picks up the package.  Usually the first scan of the package does not occur until the package is received by the final sort facility near your home.  The bottom line is that USPS is not as detailed as UPS or FedEx. You may also choose FedEx ground or FedEx air shipping for an additional cost.

Can I return or exchange a web order?
Zebra Apparel will gladly accept returns and exchanges of merchandise that is unworn and
in "like new" condition.  Please mail back the items you wish to return with a note describing
the issue within 30 days of purchase.  Even exchanges will be sent out with no additional shipping charges.  Refunds will be provided less a $5.00 shipping charge.  Exchanges for a higher priced item will require the
difference to be enclosed. Exchanges with a lower price will have the difference credited back to the card used for the initial purchase.
 
What is your logo?
Zebra has seen a few changes through its days. Our logo is a hollow silhouette of a Zebra head.  He is rocking a bow-tie and shades because he dresses well.
